Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented executive to support our newly established Fleet Management team. The role involves managing finance-related tasks, generating customized reports, and assisting with financial processes to ensure the efficient operation of our fleet management services. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing team within the organization.

Qualification:

    • Full or Part qualification -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles is preferred.
    • Experience with invoicing, financial reporting, or fleet management processes is a plus.
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems for generating reports and tracking payments.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software for customized invoice generation and report preparation.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and merchants.
    • High level of accuracy in processing and reporting financial data.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet weekly and monthly financial deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing financial processes related to fleet management, including payment tracking, invoicing, and approvals.
    • Regularly extract system-generated financial reports related to fleet operations and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Generate and prepare customized invoices for clients and merchants, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    • Compile and distribute weekly financial reports for merchants, summarizing key metrics, payments, and account status.
    • Prepare and send payment release emails to the Finance team every Friday, ensuring accuracy in the data submitted for processing.
    • Work closely with the finance team to secure approvals for invoices, payments, and any other financial documents.
    • Provide additional administrative support as needed to the Fleet Management and Finance teams.
