Candidate Profile:
- Preferably a diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of the local area's attractions, traditions, and culture to offer authentic and engaging advice to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and any foreign language(s) would be a plus to cater to international guests. Competence in using Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on a shift basis
- We are looking for qualified candidates, preferably from the Galle area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to hotel guests, assisting with all travel-related inquiries, including but not limited to transport arrangements, tour bookings, and local attractions information.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including dining, entertainment,
- cultural sites, and hidden gems, to offer personalized recommendations to guests.
- Efficiently handle bookings for transportation, tours, and activities, ensuring seamless experiences for guests. Willing to work on a shift basis
