Qualifications:
- A proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing tasks and prioritizing effectively
- A team-player with a customer-oriented attitude
- Eager to grow in a dynamic team and contribute to building client relationships
- Basic understanding of accounting applications and property management is a plus
- Basic IT knowledge is also an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and share feedback to improve our offerings
- Actively seek and reach out to potential clients, creating opportunities for growth
- Communicate our platforms benefits clearly and effectively to condominium representatives
- On-site and off-site assistance for condominium management and residents
- Support the Business Development team in identifying new opportunities
- Maintain accurate notes and logs of client interactions for smooth follow-ups
