Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing with exposure in IPG and POS leadership roles.
  • In-depth understanding of the banking and payment industry.
  • Skill in managing diverse teams and understanding client motivations.
  • Established network within the industry that can be leveraged for new business opportunities.
  • Strong ability to interpret sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills:

  • Expertise in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Advanced skills in negotiation and deal-closing techniques. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and forecasts to make informed decisions.
  • Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs to drive satisfaction and sales.
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to quickly resolve issues and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Experience in managing sales budgets and delivering accurate sales forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the sales and marketing teams, ensuring they meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Establish sales targets and KPIs, tracking performance to ensure consistent progress and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships. . Research and explore new markets and services to drive business growth.
  • Track sales performance, forecast future sales trends, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Manage the sales & marketing department budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and staying within budget limits.
