Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will communicate with our clients customers in a professional and courteous manner, as well as resolve customer issues and complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4-5 years' experience in relationship management and sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the banking & payment industry.
  • Skilled in managing diverse teams and understanding client motivations.
  • Established network within the industry that can be leveraged for new opportunities.
  • Should be willing to work extended hours, if needed.
  • Should be willing to learn more related to the industry. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with strong sales skills.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and deal-closing techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to secure repeat business long-term partnerships. Sound knowledge of financial products and services. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software, tools, and other relevant technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • These responsibilities directly contribute to the success of the organization by fostering client loyalty, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies.
  • Participating in networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base.
  • Collaborating with product development teams to provide insights and feedback for product enhancements.
