About the Company: 

Our client specializes in the development and sales of premium residential properties and new exciting projects to be launched.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from tenants regarding facility management concerns, service requests, and maintenance issues.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from tenants regarding facility management concerns, service requests, and maintenance issues.
  • Record and track all service requests in the facility management system, ensuring accurate documentation. Assign and escalate requests to the appropriate maintenance teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain a record of all emergency contacts and service provider details for quick response.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the help desk by keeping systems updated and organized. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, front desk, or help desk role, preferably in facility management or property management.
  • Record and track all service requests in the facility management system, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assign and escalate requests to the appropriate maintenance teams and follow up until resolution. 
  • Provide timely updates to tenants regarding the status of their service requests.
  • Knowledge of basic facility management and maintenance processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
