We are looking to hire a "Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Cloud & Cybersecurity for MSP)" for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity, with solid experience in Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office365, Azure Active Directory, Azure services, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Intune.
- Experience with L2 and L3 incident management.
- Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in implementing and supporting cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients with Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft Cloud solutions including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Exchange, Azure services, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Intune, and Firewall solutions.
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration process.
- Provide L2 and L3 level support to clients for issues related to Microsoft Cloud solutions, and work with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Microsoft Cloud solutions and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Cloud technologies and cybersecurity trends, and provide recommendations to clients for improving their security posture.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including project managers, sales, and technical support teams, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.
