About the Company: 

Our client is a dynamic, Australian-based provider of comprehensive financial services, including paraplanning, accounting, administration, and practice management for clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Digital Strategy & Execution:

Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with our client's business goals across various channels.

  • Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and brand awareness and publish compelling content across digital channels.

  • Website Management:

Optimise the website for lead generation and coordinate integration with CRM and analytics tools.

  • SEO Strategy:

Monitor SEO strategies to enhance website traffic and search engine rankings.

  • Digital Campaigns:

Execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Graphic Design:

Develop visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and the website using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.

  • Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Monitor campaign performance and digital KPIs, and deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Cross-Team Coordination:

Collaborate with Colombo and Australian teams to align messaging and serve as a communication link between marketing, tech, and service delivery teams.

  • Process Improvement: 

Optimize marketing processes using project management and CRM tools (Monday.Com Sales CRM).

Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services in Australian markets or working with global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial services or ability to quickly adapt to regulated industries
  • Knowledge of Al tools, automation platforms, or marketing technology stacks such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for light creative work.
