About the Job: 

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Employee Engagement Executive to lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, foster a positive work culture, and improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, skilled in communication, and driven to make the workplace an inspiring and connected environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
  • Plan and execute employee events such as team-building activities, wellness programs, recognition ceremonies, and social initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys (e.g., engagement, feedback, pulse) and present actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to improve employee retention and morale.
  • Drive internal communication campaigns that keep employees informed and motivated.
  • Manage reward and recognition programs to celebrate milestones, achievements, and contributions.
  • Assist in onboarding and cultural integration of new hires.
  • Monitor and report on employee engagement KPIs and suggest improvement areas.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in employee experience and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in planning events, running surveys, and presenting findings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with engagement platforms (e.g., Officevibe, Culture Amp, SurveyMonkey) is an advantage.
  • Energetic, empathetic, and able to build trust across all levels.
