- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google products.
- Ability to work with software tools related to inventory and operations
Responsibilities:
- Operating our inventory and repair software systems.
- Processing invoices and sending out quotations.
- Maintaining and organizing files and documents.
- Supporting the sales and technical teams with paperwork and coordination.
- Handling administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
