Qualifications:

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in mall operations, retail,
    or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams
    efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per
    mall operations.
  • Should be below 35 years age.

Responsibilites:

  • Conduct routine rounds of assigned zones to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor common areas, restrooms, escalators, elevators, and parking spaces for quality standards.
  • Perform daily operational audits for assigned zones and document findings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and mall guidelines across all zones.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues with relevant
    teams for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain customer service register.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
    complaints, and lost-and-found cases.
  • Provide assistance to retailers for operational issues or
    escalate them to management as needed.
  • Share information on mall services, promotions, and
    events with visitors.
  • Collaborate with security, housekeeping, and technical
    teams to maintain the mall's environment.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for event setups and
    promotions, ensuring readiness of spaces.
  • Assist in emergency situations by following mall safety
    protocols and ensuring visitor safety.
