Our Partner company is a leading vehicle shipping and logistics company based in Dubai, specializing in providing seamless and efficient shipping solutions for vehicles globally.
About the job:
The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including record maintenance, recruitment, onboarding, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily HR and general administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and securely
- Support recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes
- Coordinate general office duties and provide support to HR and management
- Maintain internal HR documentation and assist with compliance tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in HRM, Management, or a relevant professional qualification (full or partial)
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration (startup experience is a plus)
- Proficient in English with fair knowledge of IT
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM 3:30 PM
