About the Company:

Our Partner company is a leading vehicle shipping and logistics company based in Dubai, specializing in providing seamless and efficient shipping solutions for vehicles globally.

About the job: 

The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including record maintenance, recruitment, onboarding, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily HR and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and securely
  • Support recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes
  • Coordinate general office duties and provide support to HR and management
  • Maintain internal HR documentation and assist with compliance tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in HRM, Management, or a relevant professional qualification (full or partial)
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration (startup experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in English with fair knowledge of IT
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM 3:30 PM
