Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Preferred age: Below 35 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including correspondence and document preparation.
  • Coordinate sales activities and schedules, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with clients.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as needed for sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
