Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
- Preferred age: Below 35 years.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including correspondence and document preparation.
- Coordinate sales activities and schedules, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed for sales meetings.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
