Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by achieving targets and ensuring consistent incremental growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, including architects and interior designers, to promote products and services.
  • Lead, coach, and manage sales representatives, including recruitment, setting objectives, and monitoring performance.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
    • Experience working closely with architects and interior designers is an added advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Fluency in English is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong public relations (PR) abilities.
    • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Candidates must be female and below 35 years of age.
