About the job Inside Sales Executive
We are looking to hire an "Inside Sales Executive" for one of our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and opportunities through research, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the benefits of Cyber security.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and requests for product information and pricing.
- Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Accurately track and report sales progress and performance using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and Cloud solution features and functionality.
