We are looking to hire an "Inside Sales Executive" for one of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through research, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the benefits of Cyber security.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and requests for product information and pricing.
  • Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Accurately track and report sales progress and performance using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and Cloud solution features and functionality.
