Job overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our clients team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Graduate in Marketing/Management, or Professional qualifications in Marketing/Management
- 3-5 Years hands on experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a BPO company
- Good command in English, communication skills and good personality
- Skills for generating business leads with proven knowledge in client research, data analysis
- Excellent analytical skill
Job Role:
- Ethically identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and track quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices to identify opportunities for business growth
