Senior Executive - Leisure Travel

Key Requirements

• Outbound Follow-Up: Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to purchase our products and services.
• Customer Needs: Identifycustomer needs, clarify information, and providesolutions and/or alternatives. Teamwork: Maintain apleasant attitude and be able to work effectively with the team.
• Liaison: Liaise with travel partners, religious establishments, airlines, hotels, and agents to manage bookings and travel requirements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with necessary religious establishments.

CandidateProfile:

• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience ni the outbound travel industry, including ticketing, packages, and visas.
• Adaptability: Personality to accept challenges and adapt to changes in the working environment.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team Player: Good team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
• System Knowledge: Proficient ni both Amadeus and Sabre systems.
• Business Advantage: Having existing business or corporate clients in hand will be an added advantage.
