Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Customer Service.
- Good communication and public relation skills.
- IT Knowledge.
- Experience in loyalty program initiatives would be an advantage.
- Diploma or Part qualification in Marketing would be an advantage.
- Kind and friendly personality.
- Age between 22 to 35.
- Greet and assist customers with regard to Mall queries.
- Provide assistance and information on stores, services, and
- facilities within the mall.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer
- satisfaction.
- Resolve and direct customer complaints to relevant Management.
- Resolve and direct all customer queries via phone and e mail to
- relevant divisions and follow up and liaise with customers.
- Assist with Loyalty Enrollments and queries.
- Promote Loyalty memberships and achieve given enrollment
targets daily, monthly & annually. - Loyalty data entry, Loyalty reward redemption handling, gift
distribution and maintenance of gift register. - Maintain customer service register, Carry-out customer
satisfaction surveys and Compile reports. - Assist in promoting mall events and promotions.
- Routine mall rounds on inspections on cleaning and checking of
store opening/ closures. - Monitor and report any security concerns or suspicious activities
to mall security. - Assist in any other assignments or projects as and when required
by the Head of Department
