Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in travel coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be measured yearly based on the performance appraisal.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
    Follow-up inquiries generated through social media.
  • Plan and customize travel itineraries for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, transport options, and activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients, providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Handle any travel-related emergencies or changes efficiently.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, health advisories, and safety guidelines.
  • Promote travel packages and services to potential clients.
  • Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients.
  • Provide cost estimates and manage travel budgets for clients.
  • Ensure cost-effective travel arrangements without compromising on quality.
  • Use travel management software and online booking systems efficiently.
