Senior Facility Manager

About the Client

Our client is a well-established and diversified organization in the shipping and maritime industry, providing integrated shipping, marine, and ship supply solutions with a strong reputation for operational excellence and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC, chiller, and VRV/VRF systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical power infrastructure, including generators and ATS systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor building management systems (BMS).
  
• Manage facility refurbishment post-care and monitor the condition of building infrastructure.
• Develop and control facility management budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendors, contractors, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive operational efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and tenant satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, with a recognized qualification in Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial facility management, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, critical infrastructure, and multi-tenant office operations.
• Hands-on experience managing building refurbishments, modernization projects, or system upgrades.
• Professional certifications such as CFM, FMA, LEED Green Associate, or BEE Energy Manager will be considered an added advantage.
