Project Manager - IT

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end software project delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain high quality standards while aligning projects with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects from planning to release.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and product teams for smooth execution.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and ensure timely resolutions.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Maintain proper documentation of project plans and decisions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and support delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role managing software projects.
• Professional certifications such as CAPM, ACP, or CSPO will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of React, React Native, Next.js, APIs, and modern tech stacks.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
