Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative coordination across departments.
  • Support HR and finance functions, including document management, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports as required.
  • Support special projects, compliance tasks, and ad hoc assignments.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields. (Currently studying candidates may also apply.)
  • Professional or part qualification in HRM or Finance (e.g., AAT, CIMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, operations, administration, or finance functions.
  • Exposure to administrative coordination or operational support roles is preferred.
  • Internship or training experience in similar fields is considered for fresh graduates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR or accounting software systems.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills and ability to prepare and maintain reports accurately. 
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and assist in special projects as needed.
  • Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to handle confidential information responsibly, effective time management and multitasking skills with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.
