About the Role:
A reputed UK-based BPO is seeking a dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills to assist the team in achieving organizational objectives. The Relationship Manager will act as the key contact person for clients throughout their property purchase or sale, ensuring smooth communication and providing timely updates during the Conveyancing process.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role is required.
- Qualification from a recognised university is an added advantage.
- Ability to successfully manage and deliver all customer service expectations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Independent, able to work unsupervised, think on your feet, and solve problems effectively.
- Passionate about providing high levels of customer service to ensure zero complaints.
- Availability to work UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, providing clear, detailed information and excellent service.
- Understand the company's products and processes, and propose process enhancements to better serve stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the systems; identify any gaps required for case progression.
- Monitor and ensure timely progression of cases and update systems accordingly.
- Identify selling points proactively and present products and services based on client needs.
- Manage the complaints procedure professionally, resolving common issues promptly.
- Provide assistance and guidance to internal departments for cases experiencing delays.
- Work independently to complete assignments within established guidelines, routines, and accepted practices.
- Understand technical problems and identify appropriate solutions.
