About the Role
Drive business growth by sourcing new clients, building strong relationships, and supporting recruitment delivery through effective client acquisition and account coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new clients through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and referrals
- Pitch recruitment services to companies with active hiring requirements
- Understand client needs and coordinate closely with the recruitment team for timely candidate delivery
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to support performance reporting
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (recruitment experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable engaging with HR professionals and decision-makers
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Basic computer skills with the ability to manage reports and follow-ups
