Position Overview
We are recruiting for an OTA & Revenue Manager to drive market share and revenue performance through strategic pricing, inventory management, and online distribution optimization. This role is crucial in maximizing revenue across all booking channels while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing, inventory and market mix management
- Ensure effective and competitive pricing strategies are on par with the competition and market dynamics
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of booking patterns, market demand, competitor rates, and business mix
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online opportunities for market and revenue growth
- Maintain and update rate structures across all distribution channels (OTA, GDS, website, and all direct booking initiatives)
- Oversee the management of Reservations to ensure effective selling strategies are in place and all Core Standards & Policies are followed
- Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships of all online B2B Partners and Sales Channels
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years' industry experience in a similar capacity
- Strong Revenue Management and Online Distribution Knowledge
Tech Savvy with working knowledge of:
- Hotel Management Systems (HMS)
- Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Channel Manager
- Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Other relevant hospitality technology platforms
