About the Role:

Our client, a fast-growing digital property management platform is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager who can balance sales, client engagement, and operational management seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with condominium management committees, property management companies, property developers, and other strategic partners.
  • Lead sales initiatives, track performance metrics, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration with the platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to address inquiries and support campaigns effectively.
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure processes run efficiently and comply with company policies.
  • Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, and monitor their impact.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and preparation of materials for executive and board-level discussions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as required.
  • Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous platform improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or operations; experience in property management or real estate is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala is essential; Tamil language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling both strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Comfortable with technology, basic IT systems, and accounting principles.
