Job Overview

The Customer Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, maintaining the sales area, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the ERP system.
• Handle cash and card payments and ensure accurate change.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves, displays, and checkout areas.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information and support customer needs.
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets and service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passed G.C.E. A/L.
• Partly or fully qualified in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Age: Below 30 years.
