About the Role:

Manage academic coordination and oversee social media execution to ensure smooth operations, student communication, and consistent brand presence.

Academic Coordination 

    • Coordinate class schedules, tutors, and student allocations
    • Maintain student records, attendance, and academic tracking
    • Communicate with parents regarding schedules, exams, and feedback
    • Support onboarding of new students and tutors
    • Assist management with academic planning and reporting

Social Media Coordination

  • Coordinate content posting schedules (content may be outsourced or in-house)
  • Collect academic content, announcements, and visuals from tutors
  • Ensure timely posting, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Track inquiries and route leads to the admissions team

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content workflows
