About the Role:
Manage academic coordination and oversee social media execution to ensure smooth operations, student communication, and consistent brand presence.
Academic Coordination
- Coordinate class schedules, tutors, and student allocations
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic tracking
- Communicate with parents regarding schedules, exams, and feedback
- Support onboarding of new students and tutors
- Assist management with academic planning and reporting
Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate content posting schedules (content may be outsourced or in-house)
- Collect academic content, announcements, and visuals from tutors
- Ensure timely posting, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Track inquiries and route leads to the admissions team
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content workflows
