Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Maintain confidential records and documents in an organized manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
