About the client:

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance operations including reconciliations, payroll processing, and bank transactions.
- Prepare, maintain, and interpret MIS reports to support management decision-making.
- Oversee collection management and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Support administrative functions including documentation, record-keeping, and general office operations.
- Assist in finance-related reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operational and financial processes.
- Take on additional administrative or operational tasks as required to support business needs.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance,
Business Administration, or a related field. - Part qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or CA Sri Lanka will be an added
advantage. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative operations.
- Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reconciliations and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Sound understanding of bank reconciliation and collection management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy and excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
