About the client:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations including reconciliations, payroll processing, and bank transactions.
  • Prepare, maintain, and interpret MIS reports to support management decision-making.
  • Oversee collection management and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Support administrative functions including documentation, record-keeping, and general office operations.
  • Assist in finance-related reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline operational and financial processes.
  • Take on additional administrative or operational tasks as required to support business needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance,
    Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Part qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or CA Sri Lanka will be an added
    advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative operations.
  • Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliations and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Sound understanding of bank reconciliation and collection management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy and excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
