Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and leave management.
  • Handle the overall training and development process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Handle administrative functions based on the requirement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management or Business Administration from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Full/ Part Professional qualification in HRM, and practical know how in labor law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
