About the client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Handle the overall training and development process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Handle administrative functions based on the requirement.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry.
- Full/ Part Professional qualification in HRM, and practical know how in labor law.
- Proficiency in MS Office. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
