Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of targets.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and company events.
  • Manage documentation, order processing, and after-sales support to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle RMV documentation and liaise with leasing partners to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Prepare and monitor Sales and Service team expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; part qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role, with 1-2 years in a comparable position.
  • Experience in vehicle registration and leasing processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach.
