Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product / Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for medical products, laboratory items, surgical consumables, and pharmaceuticals. The role focuses on driving product growth, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for medical products, laboratory items, surgical consumables, and pharmaceuticals.
• Execute corporate sales strategies and programs to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging market trends.
• Maintain and manage the customer database effectively.
• Formulate category targets based on market growth, market potential, and new product innovation.
• Build and maintain effective communication with principals and partners regarding partnership strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and support expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Degree or 5 years of experience in the Healthcare or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong IT literacy and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
