Job Overview
The Head of Project Sales is responsible for leading project sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding business opportunities, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive incremental revenue through strategic project partnerships across the country
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities.
- Oversee the organization's growth in out-of-home sales channels.
- Ensure exceptional performance in both top-line and bottom-line results.
Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E AL (all three subjects
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a professional qualification in a related field.
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the same industry or in related industries such as Hardware with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Dynamic, results-driven team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple project components simultaneously.
- A growth mindset and a proactive approach to challenges are essential.
