Job Overview

The MEP Engineer – Construction Site will oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. The role involves reviewing technical drawings, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality standards, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure the timely completion of MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure execution complies with approved specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure the timely completion of MEP activities.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate the testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP works on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and safety regulations.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
