Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of food, beverage, and bar service operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational standards.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Support inventory management, stock control, and supply ordering.
  • Assist in achieving revenue targets while controlling operational costs.
  • Ensure clear communication between kitchen and service teams.0
