Job Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships throughout the conveyancing process. The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients during their property purchase or sale, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a high level of service. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the property purchase or sale process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders through both written and verbal communication.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their conveyancing cases.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes to support client needs.
- Identify gaps or missing information that may affect case progression and take necessary actions.
- Ensure cases progress efficiently while maintaining accurate system updates.
- Identify opportunities to present relevant services or solutions based on client requirements.
- Handle client complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain good knowledge of common complaints and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Support internal departments by providing guidance on cases where progress has stalled.
- Work independently and complete assigned tasks within established procedures and guidelines.
- Identify technical issues and assist in finding appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Prior experience in account management, client relationship management, or conveyancing-related roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate system updates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
