Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound client calls professionally and promptly
• Act as the first point of contact for Australian clients, providing a friendly and professional customer experience
• Record and update client details and bookings into our system accurately
• Work closely with the Australian operations team to support day-to-day business

• Prior experience in customer service/reception/call centre (BPO) roles
• Excellent spoken English with clear accent and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably during early-morning shifts
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call handling systems

Location & Schedule:

Colombo, Sri Lanka

• 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday - Friday, Sri Lanka Time)
• The shift aligns with Australian business hours
• After-hours allowance and transport allowance included
