Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound client calls professionally and promptly
- Act as the first point of contact for Australian clients, providing a friendly and professional customer experience
- Record and update client details and bookings into our system accurately
- Work closely with the Australian operations team to support day-to-day business

- Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service/reception/call centre (BPO) roles
- Excellent spoken English with clear accent and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably during early-morning shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call handling systems
Location & Schedule:
Colombo, Sri Lanka
- 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday - Friday, Sri Lanka Time)
- The shift aligns with Australian business hours
- After-hours allowance and transport allowance included
