Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and potential growth opportunities. Analyze competitor activities and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable deals.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Special Requirements:

  • Valid Driving License: Required for client visits and fieldwork.
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
  • Field Visits: Ability to travel and conduct field visits as needed
