Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead and execute the organization's sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The role involves managing sales teams, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with the company's corporate objectives and revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse sales teams to achieve exceptional performance.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and market penetration.
• Coordinate cross – departmental initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to the management on sales performance and emerging market trends.

Qualifications

•  A degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 05 years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Exceptional strategic planning and implementation abilities.
• Demonstrate success in driving revenue growth.
• Superior relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborative team player with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in people management and team development.
• Age below 40 years.
