Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Design high-quality posts, reels, and stories using Canva or similar design tools. 
  • Appear on camera to create promotional and educational content. 
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies. 
  • Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas. 
  • Launch and manage basic Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. 
  • Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the company's online presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation. 
  • Strong knowledge of Canva or similar design software. 
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for videos and reels. 
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and running basic Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns. 
  • Understanding of current social media trends and short-form video content.
  • Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
