Job Overview

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining high customer service standards, and leading the showroom team. The role will also focus on inventory management, visual presentation, and overall showroom performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth business activities.
  • Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the showroom sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Monitor stock levels, product availability, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom maintains high visual standards.
  • Implement sales promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide updates to management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in showroom management, retail sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and retail/POS systems.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
