About the Client:
A rapidly growing organization in the food and beverage industry, currently expanding its restaurant chain across Sri Lanka. The company is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through operational excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all restaurant outlets to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service excellence
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
- Supervise and guide restaurant managers and teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Manage procurement of restaurant and kitchen supplies, ensuring quality control and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor operational processes, performance metrics, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel or Restaurant Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputed restaurant or hotel chain.
- Proven expertise in operations management and procurement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to multiple restaurant locations island-wide.
