About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for Australian clients, delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting daily operations during Australian business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound client calls in a professional and timely manner
- Act as the first point of contact for Australian customers, ensuring a friendly and confident service experience
- Accurately record and update client information and bookings in the system
- Coordinate closely with the Australian operations team to support daily business activities
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome (prior customer service, reception, or call centre experience is an advantage)
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional accent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably during early-morning shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call-handling or booking systems
Work Schedule
3:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Shift aligned with Australian business hours
After-hours allowance and transport allowance provided
