Lead Functional Consultant - Odoo

About the Role:

The Lead Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, translating business requirements into effective functional solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role acts as the primary functional interface between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Design and deliver scalable business solutions using strong functional expertise in Odoo.
• Manage multiple projects with varying scopes, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
• Prepare, review, and sign off key functional documents including FRDs, UAT plans, and UAT sign-offs.
• Drive project delivery under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of execution.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP functional consulting or similar ERP platforms. 
• Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and business process mapping. 
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations and client engagements. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively. 
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
