About the Role
An established organization in the engineering and manufacturing sector is seeking a Junior HR Executive to support its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about HR and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Organize and track internal training programs.
- Maintain attendance and assist with payroll preparation.
- Support employee relations and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with employee engagement activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree or Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience. (Freshers may also apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office. (Excel, Word, Email)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
