Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Organize and track internal training programs.
  • Maintain attendance and assist with payroll preparation.
  • Support employee relations and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with employee engagement activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree or Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience. (Freshers may also apply)
  • Proficiency in MS Office. (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
