Qualifications:

  • Male candidate aged 20-35 years, with a valid drivers license and own motorbike (mandatory).
  • Diploma or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital sales, IT solutions, or related service sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM platforms, MS Office, and modern digital sales techniques.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client escalations professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • As the bridge between the company and its clients, youll be responsible for growing relationships and revenue by:
  • Identify and onboard new B2B and B2C clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation process.
  • Monitor client activity, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and tailor solutions to evolving needs.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, strengthening its presence in the market.
