Job Overview

This position acts as a liaison for Customer Relationship Management and assisting towards the satisfaction of both customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Recommendation, arrangement, coordination, development and establishment of standards and supervision of the maintenance of all internal and external landscaping and floral arrangement

· Set standards, develop and implement procedures and supervise all cleaning and janitorial services in all common arears of the World Trade Center.

· Coordinates all post occupational needs of tenants with other department

· Follow-up with Tenant Help Desk and ensure that all complaints/suggestions are resolved within stipulated time frame

· Be responsible to achieve the budget income for CRM Department

Qualifications

· Diploma or part professional qualification in a relevant discipline.

· Minimum 05 years' experience in Customer Relations Management in a hospitality environment.

· Good Communication and Public Relations skills.

· Understanding in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.

· Age between 30 – 40.
