About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Handle sales inquiries, calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain the showrooms professional appearance and ensure product displays are well organized.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or showroom operations.
- Experience in the automotive or EV industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage customers and explain product details clearly.
- Confident in handling sales calls, cold calls, and follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining reports and documentation.
