About the Job:

The Trainee Odoo Functional Consultant will support Odoo ERP implementations while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior consultants. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in ERP functional consulting and learn best practices across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on exposure to Odoo implementations under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Assist in carrying out daily functional tasks to support project execution and completion.
• Support multiple projects with varying scopes while learning implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, documentation, and UAT activities.
• Provide functional support to existing clients under supervision.
• Work within defined timelines and adapt to tight project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or business processes (Odoo knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in ERP functional consulting. 
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
